This data is used by the hosting company for the purpose of security and reliability. In addition, some information is available so which can identify such information as browser version, screen resolution and operating system so we can enhance our site to technically match the capabilities of the browsers used to view the site.

Who we share your data with

Although we do not generally share data with third parties, KashFlow stores contact data for quoting and invoicing purposes, and our email is securely hosted by a third party for the purpose of necessary business communication.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
